But what about the flavorings? There are more and more people who swear by the flavors of vapor created electronic cigarettes. You may get chocolate and mint, coffee and cereal, fruit flavors, and even vanilla or hazelnut. Are these really safe? In all honestly, you would need to be blind not to spot the dangers presented by what is actually electric cigarettes.

So what is it that we are looking to avoid when discussing what is essentially a tobacco product? A lot of people say that we should quit smoking and avoid whatever has nicotine in them. While quitting smoking is a superb thing to do, it isn’t the best solution for what’s essentially a problem. By not removing the nicotine from our anatomies we are not removing the toxins that may lead to cancers, stroke along with other bad effects. We are simply shifting the places where the nicotine is located in our anatomies, which is a thing that many health risks can even be eliminated.

So what is it that people are likely to do if we want to live longer, healthier lives? Stop smoking. If we are dependent on nicotine addiction, we have to find a way to get rid of that dependency. By switching to something that will not addict us, we are free to pursue other activities in life that we want. By using a method that makes quitting as easy as possible, we can give our lungs and heart the gift they deserve.
